In order to register as an Advertiser or Publisher, or to participate in Promotions, you may be required to provide information including, without limitation: your name, title, company name, mailing/billing address, email address, telephone number, communication IDs (e.g., Skype), and payment information (credit card or bank account). Submission of such information is voluntary but necessary for access to the Leadsmax Performance Network and related services.
2. Non-Personally Identifiable Information (NPII)
We automatically collect NPII when you access and use the Site, such as browser type, IP address, operating system, and ISP domain. We use this information to diagnose server problems, improve user experience, analyze usage trends, and offer relevant products and services.
3. Access, Update, and Deletion of Information
At your request, we will inform you of the PII we hold about you. You may correct, update, amend, or delete your PII by accessing your account page or contacting us at privacy@leadsmaxgroup.com.
We may retain PII as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period even after deletion requests are processed.

By providing your PII, you agree that Leadsmax may:
